Press four pretzel stick pieces into the filling on each side of the cookie, spacing them evenly so they resemble legs. Press firmly so they hold.

Snap the plain cookie half back on top, sandwiching the pretzel legs between the two halves so they point outward at a slight downward angle.

Melt the black candy melts in a microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Transfer to a small piping bag.

Pipe two small dots of black candy melt onto the filling side of the top cookie. Press one candy eyeball onto each dot immediately.

Let the candy melt set for 5 minutes, then arrange on a serving tray.
