Zero Proof White Wine and Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients
- Ice
- 3 oz chilled non-alcoholic white wine
- 1 oz elderflower cordial
- 2 oz chilled soda water
- 1 mint sprig and 1 thin lemon wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a tall wine glass three-quarters full with ice cubes.
- Pour 3 oz chilled non-alcoholic white wine over the ice.
- Add 1 oz elderflower cordial and stir once.
- Top with 2 oz chilled soda water, pouring gently.
- Float a mint sprig and a thin lemon wheel on top and serve immediately.
Good to Know
Mix the wine and cordial together in a pitcher an hour ahead and chill; add soda and ice only when you pour, so it stays fizzy.
