Strawberry Rosé Spritzer
Ingredients
- 1 cup hulled fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 4 oz chilled rosé
- 1 oz club soda
- 1 strawberry halved, for garnish
Instructions
- Puree the strawberries with the sugar until smooth; strain through a fine mesh sieve for a silkier spritzer if you like.
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the chilled rosé and 1 ounce of the strawberry puree.
- Top with the club soda and stir once, gently.
- Garnish with a halved strawberry on the rim and serve at once.
Good to Know
The puree keeps 2 days covered in the fridge, so make it the day before and the spritzers take under a minute each at party time.
