Something Blue Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.5 oz blue curacao
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz chilled soda water or prosecco to top
- 1 thin lemon wheel or small edible flower for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass or coupe with ice.
- Add the gin, blue curacao, and lemon juice.
- Stir well for about 10 seconds, until the outside of the glass feels frosty.
- Top with the chilled soda water or prosecco, pouring slowly so the color stays bright rather than muddy.
- Garnish with a thin lemon wheel or a small edible flower and serve right away.

If you want this on the signature-drink list rather than a full bar, batch everything but the topper in a pitcher and add soda or prosecco to each glass to order.
