Pear Mimosa
Ingredients
- 2 oz pear nectar chilled
- 4 oz chilled dry sparkling wine
- 1 thin pear slice brushed with a little lemon juice
Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Pour 2 oz pear nectar into the bottom of the glass.
- Tilt the flute and pour in 4 oz chilled sparkling wine slowly down the side.
- Stir once to combine.
- Brush a thin pear slice with a little lemon juice to keep it from browning, then fan it onto the rim.
- Serve immediately.
Good to Know
Slice the pear garnish for the whole bar at once and hold the slices in a bowl of water with a splash of lemon juice until needed.
