Peach Mimosa (Bellini-Style)
Ingredients
- 2 oz peach nectar chilled
- 4 oz chilled prosecco
- 1 thin peach slice fresh or thawed frozen
Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Pour 2 oz peach nectar into the bottom of the glass.
- Tilt the flute and pour in 4 oz chilled prosecco slowly down the side.
- Stir once to bring the nectar up through the bubbles.
- Slide a thin peach slice onto the rim.
- Serve right away.
Good to Know
If fresh peaches are not in season, thaw frozen peach slices for the garnish rather than fighting with a hard winter peach.
