Ginger Pear Spritz
Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 oz pear nectar
- 1 oz ginger liqueur
- 3 oz chilled prosecco
- 1 thin pear slice for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass three-quarters full with ice cubes.
- Pour 2 oz pear nectar and 1 oz ginger liqueur over the ice, then stir once to blend.
- Add 3 oz chilled prosecco slowly, pouring down the inside of the glass.
- Give the drink one gentle stir, just enough to see the color even out from top to bottom.
- Fan a thin pear slice against the side of the glass and serve right away.
Good to Know
Dip the pear slice in a little lemon juice before garnishing so it still looks fresh an hour into the party instead of browning at the edges.
