How to Use the Year End Reflection Questions
As the year comes to a close, I think it’s important to take some time to look back and think about what we’ve learned and achieved. That’s why I created a free PDF template with 12 Year End Reflection Questions for my blog readers. Here’s how you can use it to improve your life:
- Set aside some quiet time Find a calm spot where you won’t be interrupted. I like to do this with a warm drink and some soft music playing.
- Download and print the template You can get the free PDF from my website. I prefer to write on paper, but you can also fill it out on your computer if you want.
- Answer each question honestly Don’t rush through the questions. Take your time and really think about your answers. In my experience, the more honest you are, the more you’ll get out of this exercise.
- Look for patterns After you’ve answered all the questions, read through your responses. Try to spot any themes or patterns. This can give you ideas about what to focus on next year.
- Make a plan Based on what you’ve learned, think about what you want to do differently next year. I find it helpful to set a few specific goals at this point.
- Keep your answers Save your filled-out template somewhere safe. It’s fun and useful to look back at it later and see how things have changed.
In my opinion, doing this reflection each year has helped me grow and improve. It helps me celebrate my wins and learn from my challenges. Why not give it a try? You might be surprised by what you discover about yourself!
